UNITUS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
The annual Unitus Leadership Summit provides a forum for the CEOs and senior leadership of Unitus microfinance partners to share experiences and best practices. The multi-day agenda of events is planned to help drive their growth and learning and that of their institutions. These industry leaders are challenged to think about their business in new ways and gain the tools to act. Sessions are highly interactive and focused on problem solving around critical issues, including leading growth, innovating in a complex environment, and overcoming barriers to growth in microfinance.
Our objective is ambitious and straightforward: to raise the performance of key leaders in the microfinance sector, thereby raising the performance of the sector as a whole.
